Service interruptions multiple times a day
Every single day my wifi is interrupted three to fives times a day for no reason. It has interrupted my work day to the point I have to leave my home to find a hotspot so that I can work. I have placed countless calls to customer service and still nothing is done. This is becoming frustrating because I am paying for a service I can’t even enjoy. At this point I am going to report them to the FCC in regards to paying for a service that does not work.

First. When these outages occur, are they being officially indicated with any info about them here ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Same thing happens to me, and the internet comes back in a couple of seconds. When I check the outage service or do a troubleshooting it says that everything is fine and working.

Hello @user_7zmrj1 thank you for reaching out on our community forum! I know how frustrating it is when you need the internet to work, and it is not working like it should. Like @EG mentioned. When this happens are you getting any service interruption alerts?
