Service drops-phone, internet and cable multiple times a day, every day, all new and checked everything in the house. Help.

I’m having this issue and it’s been happening since May 2025. My phone, internet and cable all drop multiple times a day. For example:

8/18/25 drops:

11:00 am

11:28 am

12:22 pm

12:46 pm

1:24 pm

3:03 pm

3:04 pm

10:02 pm

10:09 pm

I wasn’t home from 5 to 9pm

8/19/25

a few times in the morning,

1:45 pm

2:33 pm

2:53 pm

then 5-10 I wasn’t home.

11:38 pm

Today it was only at 11:28 am so far.

As I said, this has been happening since early May. I’ve had multiple home techs out, all the wiring has been checked and/or replaced. The modem is brand new through all this. One of the techs that was here saw it happening, the modem doesn’t reset, the light stays white. He said he was seeing signal/channel issues directly off the pole. The drop was replaced splitters replaced, etc. And he was still seeing the issue happen. My cable drops in a separate room on a separate line and cable box from the modem as well. They had a maintenance guy come out to check things on Saturday at the pole but he didn’t find anything, I’m assuming he wasn’t there long enough to see the issue happen since it is sporadic.i don’t know because I never saw or spoke with him. The problem continues. A different tech came out Sunday and he spoke with his supervisor who said they would call me and come out to spend some time trying to figure out what is causing the issue. I heard the supervisor tell him this as well. And crickets….he theorized voltage feedback at the ground, but I pulled my own multimeter and checked that, it is not the issue. There’s no voltage feedback to the ground. This is absolutely a problem on the plant side, tap or node or something else on Xfinity’s end. And now I’m  getting the run around on getting this issue resolved. I’ve been a longtime loyal Comcast customer but this is preventing me from being able to work effectively and destroys my overall experience with internet and cable services. My phone calls are dropping sometimes multiple times in 10 minutes. It’s causing problems with my ability to work. I need this fixed….like 3 months ago…please help.

Just happened again right after I posted this 10 seconds ago. That’s the only thing predictable with my service at this point is that it’s going to keep happening. I need help with this please. I honestly waited some time in hopes Xfinity would do something during a regular maintenance that would fix it since that has resolved other issues in the past. But nothing is fixed, it’s been far too long.
