Service constantly going out

For about two weeks my service has been constantly getting worse -- TV, WIFI, and internet outages.

Now they go out every day. I have reached into my Xfinity bag of tricks and restarted all my devices, checked the wires, and pulled the plugs out. All of this, numerous times, sometimes several times in one day.

Right now, I'm paying $307 a month for no service.

I can't get through Xfinity's AI customer service, so if I don't get some help here I'm going to have to switch to Verizon.

The problem lies with the equipment or an outage somewhere outside my building. Anyway, I certainly need to talk to a live person.
