Service Cancellation - Moving

Hi, please cancel & delete all my accounts at 3916 & 7201. I have created a new account for the new home to this week at:

Account:  ending in 4835
Shipping Address:  15622 40TH AVE E, TACOMA, WA, 98446
My problem is I cannot access my new account with these existing accounts in the way. The system keep taking me to my old account. I'm trying to set up my autopay, please help!
