Server Issue

I'm losing packets at the following servers, how can I report it / get it fixed so my game (ROBLOX) will stop lagging?

Are you having this signal hiccup with any other games or is this isolated to ROBLOX?

@XfinityThomasB​ I am experiencing this with all of the online games and websites that I play, I moved to my location in May which is when I started and noticed that I had a high ping but recently it started to get much worse where I am having up to 46% packet loss.

I have an export of my pingsplotter if there is a way to send it in private to give more insight.

Can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name as well as the service address on the account to get started? I messaged the tech with the server issues that I was experiencing and they did not seem to understand anything about my issue, kept insisting that the problem was my local network when I have packet loss miles to hundreds of miles away from me. In the end a server tech was scheduled but it would be nice to have more educated people answering questions.
