SENIORS NEED HELP WITH GATEWAY!!

I need someone to help connect and set-up 2 computers on the new Gateway. I can get on the internet, but cannot print to either of my printers. Today is the 4th day I have been trying, with an agent on the phone, to get this up and running. If I don't get it corrected by Wednesday, Oct. 1st, I will return the Gateway and hook up my old system. I did not know connecting 1 piece of equipment could be so time consuming and complicated.
