Selecting the 500/500 plan puts me on 500/100

Hello.  I recently switched from a 2500/300 plan to a 500/500 plan.  My confirmation email, my account info, and my speeds all now say that I'm on a 100Mbps plan with 500 down and 100 up.  I verified by AGAIN changing to the 500/500 plan and my confirmation email still said 500/100.  They even had me switch out my modem to the exact same model, XB8 to XB8.  I'm incredibly frustrated because there is literally 0 avenue for support, and my internet is completely crippled as a result.  I wish I had never changed my plan and continued to shell out an obscene $140/month.  This is what I get for trying to save a few bucks.
