See wifi logins on my gateway

I looked on the Xfinity website to find an answer but I couldn't. Can I see who connected to my wifi via my home gateway using a computer from the Xfinity web site? Or is that information only available via the Xfinity mobile app? I also want to see my internet data usage. I believe I used to be able to do this via the website on a computer but now I don't see how to. Thank you.

Hello @vkot and good morning to you! I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support on out Xfinity Forums! It's my number one place to go to for help!

I know I'm working backwards here, but to answer your last question, yes you are still able to access your usage meter online. Simply log into your account at xfinity.com and go to the Devices page.

For checking on your home connections to the network, those details are only available in the Xfinity app at this time. Are you having issues with data use seeming lower or higher than expected? We're happy to help out with any questions you have!

No data use issues. I received a text message that an Android device had connected to my home's wifi for the first time and I wanted to get more information. I didn't want to have to download the app to my phone if I could see the connection information on the web site via a computer. I guess I will have to download the app. Thank you for the response.

vkot No worries! You can absolutely still view that from a traditional web browser, you would just log into your account at xfinity.com and go to the Devices page. I personally prefer the app, it is more streamlined and my phone tends to always be next to me, but both are available.
