Security risk alerts re: my Dish Hopper

I periodically receive an alert that a risk to my Hopper has been detected. Instead of suggesting steps to clear/delete the risk I am sent to a site offering me an upgraded  security program to purchase. I believe I did that when I traded in my Gateway for a newer one a month or two ago.

It looks like I do have it and it is turned on.

Advice?

Hi, @user_52e0e1. I understand your Hopper device receives an alert, and you get a message from them to upgrade to a new security program. Since that is not our device/platform, I can't really speak on their security offer. I can; however, help you determine if you have xFi Advance Security enabled on your Xfinity Gateway. You can click this link https://comca.st/32ynYwv to learn about the feature, where to find it, and how to ensure it's on. Once you are on the xFi website or Xfinity App, you will find the Connect tab to start. You will then select Advanced Security to find the setting to toggle this on or off. Let me know if you need any help along the way.
