Security Camera's NVR (Reolink) not connecting via Ethernet anymore
On June 6 our Reolink home security camera's NVR (recording device) stopped the connection to Comcast via the Ethernet cable.
I've switched the Comcast Router (upgraded to XB7), replaced the NVR, got new ethernet cables, hooked up a laptop to the ethernet cable and it's working fine, and still can't get it to talk.
Nothing happened on June 6 on my end. I'm wondering if Comcast changed some kind of security level through their service?
Can anyone help me figure out why my security camera's NVR can't talk to Comcast via the Ethernet cable anymore? thanks

Have you tried a factory reset of the NVR?

Also, make sure you have the latest firmware installed.
