Secure XFinity Mobile WiFi Network Access
I have XFinity Now Internet access (very happy with it) and am trying to sometimes connect to the secure XFinity Mobile WiFi network that you see listed in some areas. Usually I might only need to do this infrequently, e.g. for an hour. I tried my XFinity user account, but no success with that and I tried a few times. Is there supposed to be a WiFi Hotspots group in the XFinity App? I don't see that yet. How can I connect? There is also an unsecured XFinityWifi hotspot, but when I try to log in, it says Access Denied. Thank you in advance for any help with this.

Have you checked that your device location settings are enabled? Also, just to confirm, are you subscribed to XFINITY NOW Mobile already, or only to XFINITY NOW Internet? If you are subscribed to our XFINITY NOW Mobile plan, then you should have access to the available hotspots on the go.
