Second Xfinity account

Hi Comcast forum-eers,

I'm hoping to activate a second service at a residential address. The homeowner is worried activating the second service will disrupt theirs. I have my modem plugged in and powered on and I'm ready to activate my service. Based on the information below, can you see a reason I shouldn't complete the activation?

The Comcast signal comes into a powered CSMAPDU5VP MoCA amplifier (with MoCA filter) where the signal splits into two:

1. The first line goes to the homeowner's modem, a Technicolor CGM4140COM (modem 1);

2. The second line goes to my modem, a Netgear CM400 (modem 2).

The coaxial signal to each modem is acceptable:

1. Modem 1 https://imgur.com/a/cHO9p3V 

2. Modem 2 https://imgur.com/a/AWRJZCU (the high number of uncorrectables has remained the same for at least the past four hours)

(Acceptable according to all sources considered, such as https://www.speedguide.net/faq/what-cable-modem-signal-levels-are-considered-good-78 and https://www.motorolacable.com/documents/CableConnection.pdf)
