Second IP Address
Hello,
I have been looking at some other posts on this forum, and I see that I can get a second external IP address for my modem, a motorola mb8600.
Can I speak to an Xfinity employee about this?

They are phasing it out but I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !

I wouldn't know, sorry. I can only escalate it up. I can't know what happens after that. I'm not an employee.
It's only been a day. Sometimes it takes a few days.
