I already escalated this to Comcast employees. Someone will help you. It may not be her.

First, check the "Rate Card" for your local area to see if that feature is even available anymore. Seems that it is being phased out;
https://www.xfinity.com/support/rate-card/
It's a PDF.
Scroll down to "Xfinity Internet" and look for "Additional IP Addresses".
If nothing is listed then it's likely to have been discontinued in your local market area.

They are phasing it out but I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !

Rate card doesn't list any IP options but there seem to be a fair number of recent reports that it's still possible in many cases.

Hello, Ketterin! I really appreciate you reaching out to us about adding multi-IP to your account.
As EG mentioned, if you aren't seeing it listed on the rate-card for your region, it is not likely to be available for you. On the other hand, I totally understand wanting to check just to be sure as I always check into all my options as well with any service I'm utilizing.
Please send me a private message with your first and last name, as well as your service address so I can check for you. 🙂
To send a private message, click my name "ComcastTambrey", then click "send a message".

I'm not getting any response now from @ComcastTambrey - is there another person? I'm interested in Gigabit Pro.

Hi Ketterin. Apologies for our delay in getting back to you. I can help further with submitting a Gigabit Pro serviceability ticket, to confirm if we are able to offer the service to your location. To get started, please send me a private message and include your full name and service address so I can access your account. To send me a private, message click my name (ComcastJoeTru) to view my profile. Then click "Send a message" and private message me.
