Well, I got a tech at my home and he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and he fixed my problem faster than my internet could open up an app, and my Xfinity internet is fast! I am so satisfied and happy to be with Xfinity. Bumpy start but they more than made up for any bump! Thank you Xfinity!!
