Scam artists

Recently had a technical problem and contacted support and the agent said they where upgrading me to 1gig for $60 a month did not realise that I was going from a 5yr plan to a 1yr plan and the monthly cost was $70

contacted support tonight and got no help and was offered plans that are worse than the website is offering and they tried to sell me mobile NOT PLAESED WITH YOUR SUPPRT STAFF!!!!! they seem like the same type of people that try to sell car waranties
