SB8200 Config File Rejected

I have an Arris SB8200 cable modem that I've had in service for about 6 months without issue. I have the 275mb download speed plan. Over the last few days, I've been losing the DOCSYS 3.1 download connection (DL light changing from blue to green overnight every night). In the log, I see the following messages:

TLV-11 - Illegal Set operation failed

Config File Rejected due to Invalid or Unexpected TLV 11 encoding

DS profile assignment change. DS Chan ID: 32; Previous Profile: ; New Profile: 1 2 3.;

The active config file is version 112320.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

The stats are not so bad as long as they are remaining stable. Could you please post the error log entries in their entirety.

I know my signals are a tad on the low side, and my US power is trending to the high side, but this has been fairly consistent over time. I'm in a multi-unit building and have 1 splitter only inside the residence (split btw X1 box and CM). Both correctables and uncorrectables hold very close to zero over many days. Counts below are over about 7 hours of uptime. I rebooted the CM about 4am to re-establish the DOCSYS3.1 DS connection. Counts were near zero on all channels.

I was going to post (did, but retracting it) about this exact issue, except they were reporting low speeds --- paying for Blast @ 200, but getting about 60. Turns out their old computer can't run a speedtest in the browser faster than that, must be javascript and it just can't keep up. Installing a 'speedtest' binary from speedtest.net and running it from the command line shows about 180Mbps. They are still seeing these messages, but they don't seem to be having any impact on performance like I originally thought.
