SB6183 not connecting.

We have been in the house for about 4 years now, and until today, the internet has been pretty solid.  About noon today it went down, and won't come back up.  The power light is on solid, the sending light it on solid, but the receive light is blinking.  That's as far as it gets.

The TV service seems fine as best I can tell.  Just internet as far as I can tell.

I have power cycled multiple times, checked connections and all of the useless things that they tell you to do first.  I was able to connect my laptop to the thing and capture the current status.  Do these signal levels seem like they indicate anything?

I have event logs as well.  Lots of this kind of stuff.

I have a service call scheduled for tomorrow, but this smells like something upstream somewhere.
