Same problem on my landline. Others can hear me, but I cannot hear them. I think the lines are crossed, but Comcast does not fix this.

Same problem  on my landline. Others can hear me, but I cannot hear them. I think the lines are crossed, but Comcast does not fix this. This happens with calls I make and calls I receive, all over the country. It is not limited to a single phone number, which means that it is the Comcast lines. Sometimes the calls do not hang up, which really means the lines have crossed. The only solution that I am able to ascertain is to change to Verizon who has DSL lines. This happened with a Samsung new tv run by a Comcast modem. Sometimes it turned on or off by itself. I usually use my cell phone.
