RUN! Don't do it! Expect pain and suffering.
Xfinity in the Seattle area has been one of the most frustrating and costly experiences in my life. We have been struggling to get any amount of speed or consistent internet from Xfinity. We have at least 6 full drops a day and often go numerous hours with zero internet. The phone and chat process have been likely pulling teeth and we have had zero improvements. We are paying for 2GB internet and usually getting between 100-200mb when we actual have available service. We have tested multiple modems and have had 4 tech visits. Absolutely horrible. If there was ANY OTHER INTERNET PROVIDER in our area, we would leave. We have been lied to and have received zero credits or reimbursement for the 3 months of terrible service and visit fees. #nokings #nomonopolies
