routing problem

I have very slow access to one specific site: chesspro.ru

all other sites I use work properly.

T-mobile network provide fast access to this site, it means site is OK

So problem is between.

I made tracing of route

Step 7, next after comcast is timed out.

Who can resolve this problem?  It looks like need to change routing. Support guys said it out of xfinity, so they can't do anything.

about hour they send me one to other and everybody tried to check my modem and WI-FI
