Routing Issue to Game Server (Albion Online)
Hi, I'm experiencing unusually high latency when connecting to Albion Online's Americas server. My normal ping is around 100 ms, but it has recently increased to around 200 ms.
I'm using a wired Ethernet connection. My ping to Cloudflare averages 11 ms with 0% packet loss, and my router responds in 1 ms. My traceroute shows the connection passing through Comcast in Denver and then the Twelve99 network before reaching a Gcore gateway.
The issue only affects Albion Online, not my general internet connection. Could you please escalate this to your network operations team to investigate possible routing or peering issues toward the Albion Americas server in Washington, D.C.?

Good evening @user_301229 I would be happy to look into this further for you. I do have a couple of questions before we begin. How long have you been experiencing these connection issues? Have you had a chance to test another ether cable to see if that had any impact?

@user_301229 Would you be able to provide us with the trace route so we can see if this is happening inside the Comcast backbone or someone else's network? If it's someone else's network, you may have to do a whois on the last post IP address to get their contact information.
