Routinely see speeds below plan speed

I had issues a couple days ago with low speeds. I spent a lot of time troubleshooting and was able to get internet back after a reset. The technician came on site to do some checks so thought all was ok. I noticed we are still below plan speeds and tried to ask for a credit but get caught up in the continuous Xfinity chat loop which forces you to select an option and does not allow free text. It keeps offering the suggestion to restart the gateway. I didn’t this multiple times. This is not a sustainable solution.

Thank you for reaching out to us here. If you are still running into issues with your service we can look further into that from here for you. Can you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
