"Routine Maintenance" has caused unreliable connection

Y'all sent techs to do "routine maintenance" in my area Thursday and Friday, and scheduled to do another on Monday. Problem is, Fridays so-called maintenance has ruined my internet connection. It is randomly and constantly fluctuating between full speed and less than MB. Waiting till Monday for your techs to maybe possibly fix whatever they broke is unacceptable. Your stupid AI garbage Assistant refuses to connect me to an Agent, but y'all need to get the techs back out here ASAP.

Hello,

I've been experiencing the same challenge for several weeks since planned work in my area.

My online games have been plagued with intermittent lag spikes since that work was performed with no resolution in sight.

If this isn't resolved I will be ending my time with Xfinity as soon as I am able.
