If you are asking about devices that do not have a modem component, any Ethernet device that supports the speed you are looking for will work. Comcast doesn't specify or authorize router only or router with Wifi devices.

If by "router" you mean a modem or modem/router combination gateway device see https://www.xfinity.com/support/devices, and the "All Compatible Devices" link near the bottom of that page (at the moment it points to https://assets.xfinity.com/assets/dotcom/projects/cix-4997_compatible-devices/2024.03.14%20Full%20List%20of%20Compatible%20Devices.pdf ).
