Router update scam
I received a call to update my router. Before I realized what was going on. I allowed him to access my computer. He had all of my Comcast info. What should I be worried about? I shut off my WiFi to my computer. I am afraid of what he accessed. I changed my bank account password immediately! What else can I do????????

Oh, well. Unplug the pc that was accessed.
Now on another device or computer, setup a drop email account. Gmail. Protonmail. Doesn't matter. Now go into everything you had a password for, change it immediately, then set the recover email to your new drop email account and reset the passwords on everything you have again !using the recovery email link!.
Is the PC that was accessed now compromised? Welp, that's possible. If you have backups of your stuff (pictures/documents/etc) it's easy. Reset it. If not, you need a place to offload your data, like a USB drive large enough, or a backup drive. Don't connect it to the internet while you're doing that, then reset it.
You can try to keep your files on windows, but that's a risk -- your call. Better if you do not. https://www.windowscentral.com/how-reset-windows-10-pc-factory-settings
Best is if you create install media, reformat the hard drive and reinstall windows. This can be problematic with licensing and OEM versions of windows on some devices. You may end up buying windows again. They're "neat" that way.

Factory default your gateway too. Change the wifi password.
