Router not letting me open ports

I'm fairly tech savvy and yet this problem has me stomped and so this morning I tried to open a port and I got this error 

I have gone though lots of different forms and still cant find a solution to my problem.

what I have tried:

1: Restarting the router 

2: Restarting the computer that im trying to port on (cant port to anything)

3: Disabled advanced security

4: Tried making a DMZ

5: Tried to change the setting from a remote(out of next work) connection  

And I still get this error all I want is to make a server for me and my friends to play on
