router hackers

My router has been not letting me sign in. Also it has been blocking certain devices not allow to sign on to home wifi. I believe someone who is not the manager over the account is using the admin tool with a VPN and without permission. They also are behind the limited access to the homes internet. We did not give out our password. Router has been changed 4 times

A 3rd party router connected to your network would be out of our scope to manage I would make sure that you are not using the default information with any new equipment and contact our CSA (Customer Security Assurance) team for additional help with your online security concerns.
