Roblox app won't connect to my Wi-fi.
Well the game is not connecting to my wi-fi network, the strange thing is that I installed it in two other cell phones here in the family and even a friend of my daughter came here and tested it and it seems that the network is blocked for the game.
Everything is working fine without problems except this application which for my daughter is the most important even in times of coronavirus.
I already deleted and re-installed, I already reset the modem and I don't know what else to do.
Does anyone have any suggestions ???

Well, the game was working normal two weeks ago and I don't know about the ports.
She can play the game with LTE, but not with my Wi-Fi even she can play with others Wi-fi. 😟
Really strange.

Have you forwarded the proper ports in the router to allow the game to connect ?

Try disabling the Xfi Advanced Security feature as a work-around for now and see. It's buggy ! And there is currently no way for an end-user to be able to whitelist anything;

We were having the same issue with Roblox not working on the Xfinity Wifi and could only make it work on our mobile phone hotspots. After tech support ruled out issues with our connection, I had an ah-ha moment and realized it is PORT related.
You need to login to your Xfinity device and allow port forwarding of UDP 49152 - 65535, so keeping all these ports open should allow Roblox to connect to your router properly.
Here is the link to those settings on the Xfinity modem: https://internet.xfinity.com/network/advanced-settings/portforwarding
I just selected one of the iPads from the list of devices and added the ports and then voila, all the iPads connected immediately.
I was also able to re-able the Advanced Security service and Roblox continued to work!
I hope that this helps everyone:)

We're having the same problem suddenly!
The difference for us is that we use a neighborhood Xfinity hotspot and therefore don't have access to the port settings!!!
Super frustrating! It's always worked great; up until a day ago. We saw some Xfinity trucks in the neighborhood...maybe it's related? Maybe they did something??
Not only does my son play Roblox a lot, we also create games for it!! This is making Xfinity not an option for us.
