RNG-RSP Commanded Power 6 dB issues ( multiple entries) on the S33v3

Here is the situation, there are multiple ( 10+) warning entries on the S33v3 of RNG-RSP Commanded Power 6 dB below,,,,,., apparently the CMTS is asking the modem to change it upstream power levels and the modem won’t comply. The drop line was replaced over a year ago with a type of RG6 coax cable (PPC Perfect Flex 6 Series ), however it’s Not the correct type for outdoor or direct bury use. The coax is labeled for indoor use only, I suspect this may in fact be the issue,,,any other ideas ?

Hello @user_xxlt6b Thanks for reaching out. We will want to run some tests to see if our system can detect anything specific. But if it is in fact the cable that is the issue then we will need to get a tech out to come check it. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.
