RNG-RSP and T3 - all connections are as good as they can be

I have recently upgraded to gigabit and still struggling with loss of connection while teleworking. After replacing the coax with quad shield connected to a 2 way splitter one direct to a T25, im starting to run out of fixes here. SNR and power seems stable. I'm not getting very far with support - could a tech look and see if my neighborhood is saturated, or if its possible from connection statistics that I do in fact have a bad drop or something?

spent an hour on chat and was fed all this hype about my issue being escalated and a technician will be out. Hear nothing all day, have to call and find out nothing has been done. I don't understand how a support system can get away with lying to people like that.
