Ring doorbell won’t connect
Ive been on with Xfinity support and no one seems to know what to do... I’ve been trying to connect my ring doorbell 2 and my amazon echo dot (both connect similarly via apps) and they both say they can’t connect to the internet. I tested to see if this was an Xfinity issue by connecting them to different internet and they both work. I’ve separated my 2 and 5 internet’s ive reset every piece of hardware we have. Anyone have other suggestions??

I got a great tech on a chat this morning and he led me through a solution, which was to go into the admin tool, find the device, select the "Reserved IP" button, save and then go to the setup again...WORKED GREAT!!! Thanks Bishal!
