RING DOOR BELL WONT CONNECT

I changed my internet to Xfinity from Verizon and I cannot reconnect my RING. I separated the 2.4 and 5 connections and it doesn’t connect. 
Please help!!

Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! Have you tried connecting it to both networks? Also, have you double checked that the Wi-Fi password is being entered correctly? I remember when I got my ring I had a similar issue where I hadn't used capital letters where I needed to. Also, have you tried not separating the wi-fi bands? Our ring connected with no issues once I got the password right and we don't have ours separated.
