Ridiculously slow internet speed

​Hi,​

​Having issues with internet speed. Something that the office IT guy said should take 5 seconds to download is taking hours and has not yet downloaded. How can I get a service technician out to my place to troubleshoot the issues?​

Hey there! I definitely agree that is a problem! It doesn't sound like a speed issue however if the download has not even started yet but I am happy to look into things for you! Can you please send a DM to XFINITY SUPPORT with your name and address?

If you haven't run a speed test, you might want to do so.  Speedtest.net is a common one.
