Richmond zip 77406 Slow speeds 100-20mbps 2000mbps Plan.
I’ve had 4 techs come onsite, 2 subcontractors and 2 senior Xfinity techs to troubleshoot my slowness (150-20mbps) and yet the problem hasn’t been resolved. I was told by the last senior Xfinity tech, they were doing some type of upgrade last week in my subdivision and he would have a new line ran but there was no change in speed. The modem was replaced prior to the last Xfinity tech but results are the same. My plan is 2000mbps and the speeds are normal in the mornings with occasional hiccups but at 5pm the speeds, drop to the 100-20mbps throughout the night. I have another scheduled appointment for this Wednesday hopefully something come
