Return equipment

I keep getting messages to return Xfinity equipment. I have no Xfinity equipment and never had the same. I can not talk with a LIVE person. Every attempt to do so brings me up against a AI faux person. Phone calls emails text messages never work. The AI faux person wants my phone number which then isn't recognized. Just want to stop the constant messages about equipment l do not have and probably never had.
