Is it ok to unplug my old equipment and return it at the same time I'm picking up my new modem?

user_wd3ulh Yes, that is pefectly fine. Equipment can be returned at any Xfinity or UPS store. It is convenient to drop it off while picking up the equipment. As the saying goes: two birds one stone!
