Response to Dig Request Julie/811

I have a buried comcast cable in my back yard.  For years it was overhead but they came and buried this a few years back, its actually pretty shoddily done.  You can see where it goes into the ground from the house.   But no matter.  I'm putting in a back patio and need the cable line marked, the request to dig response from Comcast was that there is no conflict and to contact Comcast with any questions.  This is not correct, they need to come out and mark the buried cable.  I have tried their automated system and have waited on hold for some time.  There is no number given to me to reach out to them.  Ticket: [Edited: "Personal Information"]  Anyone have any idea on how to get them to do what they are supposed to do?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
