Residential Address Listed As Business

I’m moving to a new house and was going to carry over my service, but was told that my new address is a business address. I’ve submitted a ticket to change it to residential, provided proof of residency, and still find that it keeps saying it’s a business address. I had one agent provide me with service and guarantee that it would switch over easily, but this was mot the case. Now I’m stuck with a service that I can’t transfer.  Not sure if anyone here has had experience with this or has any tips.
