Reset Gateway Admin Password

user_6emaxu If you forgot the Admin Tool password, you can factory reset the gateway to restore the default login credentials. To do this:

1. Unplug the gateway’s power.
2. Press and hold the recessed Reset button (use a pen or unfolded paperclip) for at least 15 seconds, then release.
3. Plug the gateway back in and hold the button for another 30 seconds.
4. Wait for the gateway to restart, then log in using the password shown on the gateway’s label and set a new Admin password.

This would be the only option if you can't remember the password you set up the first time you logged into the admin portal and changed the password.
