Requesting a Firmware Re-provision for XB10 Gateway

My XB10 gateway is experiencing severe upload packet drops at standard MTU1500.

Can someone at Tier3 audit PLEASE check my rate codes and re-provision the FDX bootfile to my modem.

(XB10 CAT6a patch10G port straight to Mac-Mini M4 pro 10G port)

Issue is MTU1500 brings my upload speeds down to single digits. I currently have the MTU at 1450

and I can get 2.2gbs down and 1.5gbs up. If I change the MTU back to 1500

I get 1.4gbs down 2.6mps to 5.8mbs up.

Hello Again,
I am experiencing a severe upload speed bottleneck on my XB10 gateway. I have my Mac Mini M4 Pro connected directly to the 10G port on the XB10 using CAT 6 Ethernet cable capable of 10G speeds.
My internet package should be at 2GBPS down and up. My download speeds are at 1200 Mbps, but my upload speeds are completely broken, collapsing down to under 8 Mbps.
I have verified this is a known firmware/provisioning bug with the XB10's 10G port. If I manually drop my Mac's MTU to 1450, the upload speed recovers, which points directly to a packet handling issue or an incorrect fallback boot file on the gateway.
Can an advanced support representative or Tier 3 technician please look at my account? I need someone to:

1. Completely de-provision my old gateway history from the backend account system.

2. Verify my account rate codes for my tier.

3. Manually push a fresh, correct DOCSIS 4.0 FDX symmetrical boot file directly to my XB10's MAC address.
