Request to Match Current $50 Gigabit Offer

Hi,

I’m reaching out regarding the pricing on my Gigabit Internet service. I’ve been an Xfinity customer since 2018 and have been very happy with the service. Our internet works great, and I would prefer to keep our existing Gigabit service and equipment.

I’m currently paying approximately $96 per month, but I see Xfinity is currently offering new customers Gigabit Internet for $50 per month with a five-year price guarantee, including WiFi equipment and unlimited data.

That is a difference of roughly $46 per month, or more than $550 per year, which is significant.

I would really prefer to remain an Xfinity customer rather than make changes to our service, but I’m hoping there is a way to extend this offer, or comparable pricing, to a longtime existing customer. I would be happy to agree to a longer-term commitment in exchange for the lower rate.

Could you please review my account and let me know the closest rate you’re able to offer to the current $50/month Gigabit promotion?
