Request to Expand Xfinity Service to Our Neighborhood – High Demand from Residents

Hello Xfinity Support,

I’m reaching out on behalf of my neighborhood to formally request that Xfinity expand service into our area.

At this time, the only available provider here is Astound Network, and many residents have experienced limitations with speed, reliability, and overall service quality. There is strong and consistent interest throughout the neighborhood for an alternative, specifically Xfinity.

We’ve spoken with multiple households in the area, and there is clear demand. A large number of residents have expressed that they would switch to Xfinity immediately if service became available. This isn’t just a single request, this represents a broader neighborhood-wide interest in having access to your services.

Our area is continuing to grow, and bringing Xfinity here would not only meet current demand but also support future households moving in. Given the number of potential customers and the lack of strong competition, we believe this would be a valuable expansion opportunity.

We would appreciate it if a serviceability request or expansion review could be initiated for our neighborhood. Please let us know what information is needed from our side to help move this forward.
