: Request for Internet Activation – Motorola MT7711 Modem
I recently subscribed to an Xfinity Internet plan that includes Voice service. I have installed a compatible modem, the Motorola MT7711, which supports both internet and phone services. The device is powered on, properly connected, and ready for activation.
Here are the details:

I was informed that internet activation may not proceed without phone line usage by technical support team, but I do not plan to use the Voice service at this time.
