Request for Immediate Resolution of Wi-Fi Setup Issue

I am writing to express my frustration with the ongoing issues related to my Wi-Fi setup.

I called on June 28 to set up service and spent 1 hour and 42 minutes on the phone. A technician was then scheduled for July 2. After a 2-hour visit, the issue was still not resolved, and I was informed that another technician would need to visit at 2:00 PM.

This has been very inconvenient and has taken a significant amount of my time. The service was advertised as having instant setup, but several days later the issue remains unresolved.

Please take immediate action to resolve this matter and ensure that I am not charged any additional fees related to these delays or technician visits. I would also appreciate consideration for the inconvenience caused.
