Request for escalation and technical review: Root Cellar Music Studio landing page blocked on Xfinity Wi‑Fi

I’m posting this in the Xfinity Community Forum to make sure this issue receives a response and is routed to the appropriate security team.

This is a legitimate lead-generation page for Root Cellar Music Studio. It is accessible through cellular data and AT&T Wi‑Fi, but prospective customers using Xfinity Wi‑Fi cannot reach it. 

This has forced me to pause advertising and is causing lost business opportunities.

I previously submitted an unblock request through spa.xfinity.com, but it was denied with no explanation. I submitted another unblock request today through spa.xfinity.com requesting a specific technical explanation for that decision rather than a generic statement that the site “may be risky.”

Please identify:

• The exact hostname, URL, redirect, IP address, script, or other site element that triggered the block

• The security category or detection responsible for the classification

• The date and time of the detection

• Whether the block applies to this landing-page URL, go.rootcellarmusicstudio.com, the parent domain, or a third-party resource loaded by the page

• Why my original review request was denied

• Any concrete remediation required to remove the block

This page is a music recording studio lead funnel. It does not distribute malware, collect credentials, or engage in phishing. If this is a false positive, please remove the block promptly and confirm in writing once the update has propagated.

This issue is materially affecting my ability to operate my business and retain prospective customers. Please provide an escalation or case number and a direct response from the team responsible for the security classification.
