Request for EPON Customer-Owned Router Provisioning (ONU)

Hello Xfinity Support,

I have Xfinity 2 Gig EPON fiber service in a WiFi Ready apartment, with a separate ONU and an XB7-T gateway.

I would like to request the officially supported Customer-Owned and Managed (COAM) Router option

I have a Ubiquiti UniFi gateway and would like to connect it directly to the ONU via Ethernet.

Could you please:

1. Confirm that my property is eligible for EPON customer-owned router provisioning.
2. Remove the XB7-T as the active gateway and reprovision the ONU for my own router.
3. Confirm that my UniFi gateway can obtain a public IPv4 address directly from the ONU.
4. Confirm that my existing internet plan and promotional pricing will remain unchanged.

I am not requesting Bridge Mode or a cable modem replacement. I am requesting an EPON provisioning change.
