Reporting a tracert/routing table issue to Comcast
Hello. Is there a system available to report issues that are clearly outside your home?? I have been able to remote access my work computers via IP address for years now. Now, they are unreachable and tracert reveals there is obvious failures. To work now, I have to disable my ethernet connection and then connect via a hotspot connection to my cell phone, which has wifi disabled. And yes, I've called Comcast, reset my modem/router a dozen times, all to no avail. Please help.
