This is the most disrespected I’ve felt in my life. Horrible service. Your chat support agent Carol, lied that there’s no chat ID after I let them know I’m filing a complaint for their horrible service. When I asked them to transfer me to another agent they asked me “which agent” and told me it was the previous agent that messed up my plan so I should blame them instead. I need to file a complaint on them.
