Repeated short Internet Connection Drops, almost daily Now

Ok, this is driving my batty, it's been going on now for several months, and here's the fun part, it's continued through 2 ISP's, Astound/RCN and now Xfinity, and 3 modems, 2 Netgear C7000 Doscis 3 Modem/Routers and now with a Netgear CM1100 Doscis 3.1 Modem.  I've had techs out here many times, they've tested the lines, they've replace the pole to house feed, they've checked inside and I'm told everything is fine.  We had internet in this house for YEARS without issue, and then gradually more and more these short drops started coming. Goes down for a minute to 3 and back.  Here are the logs and stats.  Would LOVE an actual solution
